Paragon Portland features an urban alehouse menu utilizing only the freshest local ingredients prepared in a simple, unpretentious manner. Our approachable cuisine features elevated home-style comfort food that pairs perfectly with our selection of micro-brewery craft beers and seasonal cocktails.

At the helm of the kitchen is Chef de Cuisine Tony Heyman. Tony's menu is derived from his straightforward, honest approach to food utilizing only seasonally-dictated ingredients, sourced as close to the restaurant as possible.

Paragon also features Portland's best happy hour - available twice a day (4:30pm-6pm and 9-close), seven days a week with small plates and special drink prices.

Paragon's bar is led by the critically acclaimed Bob Brunner, who has been featured in dozens of nationally recognized publications including Bon Appétit, Food & Wine, Santé, and the Wall Street Journal for his inventive cocktails. Brunner has developed a wide selection of signature cocktails made with our house-infused vodka, tequila and rum mixed with the finest ingredients including organic bitters, fresh fruits and micro-herbs. He's also dedicated a large portion of the bar to boutique spirits and hard-to-find scotches, bourbons and whiskies, as well as an expertly chosen wine list of over 24 wines by the glass.
